ZW Ranch is located at 42105 N. Crawford Ave. in Antioch, IL.

We offer basic riding lessons for ages 8 years old and up. Lessons typically ride in our indoor arena but depending on weather sometimes they are outside. We emphasize learning and fun and having a partnership with the horse. We don’t do any type of showing.

Shareboarding is an option but we require minimum of 4 lessons prior to determine which horse is best suited.

Boarding opportunities are very limited, and we have only pasture boarding at our farm – with no stalls.  The horses have multiple shelter options, hay 24/7 all year long and grass pastures during the day from June to October/November.  If you give supplements or grain, you will be asked to purchase that, but we will feed it to your horse(s) once a day.

We believe that horses should live as naturally as possible and that relationship and trust are the keys to having a horse that wants to be with you.  That wants to do what you ask.

We are constantly learning from them – about horses, about trust, about life, about love.
